Mr. Ram, the Managing Director of Nepal Gateway Trekking, is a highly professional trekking person who has been in business for more than 25 years, offering tourism services in Nepal. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry. His journey with trekking started with portering, and he eventually upgraded to his present position as an experienced guide. He has completed his degree in Master in Business Studies (MBS). He is bringing insights to business management and strategic planning. As the Managing Director, Ram acts as the final authority within the operation of the peripheral trekking agency board, Nepal Gateway Trekking, ensuring that all operations adhere to professionalism, commitment, and most importantly, passion for the adventure. Through his leadership in the sector and his dedication to this responsible approach, Nepal Gateway Trekking has become one of the most prominent and trustworthy travel companies in Nepal for those who seek adventure.

Along with Nepal Gateway Trekking, Rajendra Thapa, the Executive Director, is responsible for the operation of this leading local trekking company. Moreover, he himself has over 30 years of hands-on experience in both trekking and mountaineering. First, he started as a porter and progressed to a skillful guide passing this job in the meantime as a wealth of experience and knowledge to the youngsters of the industry. Equipped with substantial expertise in business administration and customer management, Rajendra acts the central role in operational matters while being responsible for providing good services and achieving full satisfaction of clients. This level of commitment and the deepest possible love for adventure are the qualities that have ultimately propelled him both to gain such respect and admiration from within the travel blogging community. Along with his companion, Rajendra, Ram Adhikari performs all the duties necessary for the smooth operations of Nepal Gateway Trekking and remains loyal to his promise of puttong forth the best adventure travel experience in the Himalayans.

Mr. RamChandra is another very professional trekking guide and has been working for 14 years in the trekking field. He again started his trekking as a porter and now he has become a trusted senior guide with our company. Devoted to his work he has always given 100 percent to us and believes that our guests' satisfaction is the most important thing. He is a Nepal government licensed holder trekking guide with a Wilderness First Aid Qualification. He is fluent in English. known for his honesty and care.

Bharat is a senior Government Certified mountain guide. He has been working in this industry since 2006. He is very friendly honest and hardworking with an excellent guiding record and known for his genuine care. He is fluent in English, someone who takes care of all the guests who travel with him. Having trekked in all the regions of Nepal from High altitudes to more gentle treks, he has great knowledge of the culture & religions of the areas he is trekking through. He has attended The Wilderness First Aid course run here in Nepal so he is able to deal with most problems that may arise in the mountains. A great guide with a really good sense of humour.

Dinesh has over 12 years of experience trekking and guiding international groups throughout Nepal, He is an honest and caring person and highly knowledgeable regarding the culture and ways of the local people in the areas he is guiding in. A good organizer and well-liked by our guests.

Nir is from Solukhambu, Mt. Everest region, From an early age he knew he wanted to be a guide and now he has 11 years of experience doing so. He is just as happy leading high-altitude treks in the areas around Everest as he is on the lower slopes on less strenuous trails. Nir really enjoys his job and it shows in the way he conducts his work.

Biru has 13 years' experience with a good command of English He works either as a guide or is equally happy as a porter guide. Very caring and known for his attentive nature.
