Payment Policy
- To secure your booking, you have to deposit at least 10% of the total trip price as an advance into our bank account.
- The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu. You can pay either cash or credit card (4% service charge)
Cancellation Policy
Please find the cancellation information below.
By You
- Before one month, 10% of the total amount (90% refund)
- Before two weeks, 25% of the total amount (75% refund)
- Before one week, 50 % of the total amount (50% refund)
- Less than a week: 100% of the total amount (no refund)
By Us
Sometimes, the trip has to be cancelled due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control. In this situation, we are responsible for it. We will offer you an alternative trip or full refund your money.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is compulsory for any treks in Nepal. It covers personal injury, death, medical expenses, helicopter rescue, and baggage loss during the trip.
Health and Fitness
Previous experience is unnecessary for Nepal trekking and tours, but fitness helps. We may ask you to provide a doctor's certificate if you have an underlying medical condition.
Complaints
We hope this won't happen. However, if you have any complaints about your holiday in Nepal with us, please inform us as soon as possible. We will rectify your concerns.
Passports and Visas
All our clients must have a valid passport with a validity period of at least six months from their return date after their tour. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport.
Program Change/Delay
The program can change due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, political unrest, or natural disasters. The program will be modified in the clients' interest.
