Nepal Gateway Trekking is a well-recognized and government-registered trekking company in Nepal. We are fully committed to providing top-notch services at the best price.

Please read our booking terms and conditions carefully;

Payment Policy

a) To secure your booking, You have to deposit at least 10% of the total trip price as an advance into our bank account.

b) The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu. You can pay either cash or credit card (4% service charge) Card Payment Form

Cancellation Policy

Please find the cancellation information below

By You

i) Before one month, 10% of the total amount (90% refund)

ii) Before two weeks, 25% of the total amount (75% refund)

iii) Before one week, 50 % of the total amount (50% refund)

iv) Less than a week: 100% of the total amount (no refund)

By Us

If we have to cancel your trip due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil war, terrorist activities, strikes, etc., we will inform you immediately. In this situation, we will offer you an alternative tour or refund your money.

Travel Insurance

All our guests must have Travel Insurance that covers personal injury, death, medical expenses, helicopter rescue, baggage loss, etc., during their trip.

Health and Fitness

Previous experience is not necessary for Nepal trekking and tours, but fitness certainly helps. If you have an underlying medical condition, we may ask you to provide a doctor's certificate. 

Complaints

We hope this won't be necessary; however, should you have any complaints about your holiday in Nepal with us, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will rectify your concern.

Passport and Visas

All our clients must have a valid passport with a validity period of at least six months from their return date after their tour. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in their country or upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport.

Program Change/Delay

The program can change due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, political unrest, or natural disasters. The program is modified in the clients' interest.
