Annapurna Panorama View Trek is a short and easy trek for beginners and families. The Annapurna View Trek offers a perfect, precise, and fascinating view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges from above Poon Hill. The trail passes through beautiful rhododendron forests with Magnolia. The forest is more beautiful in the springtime (mid-March to April) with its blooming flowers. It is like a photo frame.
The Annapurna Panorama Trail takes you to explore settlement villages of different ethnic groups and cultures. It offers a magnificent sunrise view over Mount Dhaulagiri (8,167 m) and Mount Annapurna I (8,091 m) from Poonhill. Poonhill (3,210 m) is the highest point of the Annapurna View Trek.

Annapurna Panorama View Route Overview
You drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu by tourist bus. Pokhara is the city of lakes, also known as the paradise city of Nepal. Here, you'll have an amusing view of Mount Fishtail from the lake, Fewa Lake, a famous lake in Pokhara. From Pokhara, you'll drive for an hour to reach your trekking starting point, Nayapul.
You'll follow the north side of the Bhurungdi River from Birethanti to reach Ulleri via Hile and Tikhe Dhunga. The trek invites you to explore the beautiful variety of rhododendrons and oak trees from Ulleri village. The Annapurna panorama view hike touches Ghorepani and Poonhill.
You'll hike Poon Hill in the early morning. Poonhill is the most popular viewpoint of the Annapurna trekking trail. You'll see the stunning views of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna massif ranges and other Himalayan ranges with sunrise.
After the view from Poonhill, you'll trek to Tadapani and Ghandruk village through the deep rainforest. These villages are the settlements of the Magar and Gurung communities. These villages also offer great views of the Annapurna range, including Fishtail; the native is Machhapuchhre.
You'll continue hiking on the beautiful Annapurna trail to reach Australian Camp via Landruk and Pothana. Australian Camp is famous for its panoramic views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna. The sunrise and sunset views are magnificent.
